Wendi Breuer, CEO/President - SeaChange, Wendi Breuer is CEO of SeaChange, the largest women-owned and led commercial print and packaging company in Minnesota. Wendi has been a part of the Twin Cities printing community for more than 20 years. Wendi earned a B.A. from Hamline University with a double major in Economics and Political Science, and an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas. She has been involved with the Girl Scouts, serving on their Board of Directors. Wendi began her career in print with Litho Inc. in their sales training program. With this solid foundation, Wendi grew to be a leader in sales and opened national markets for the company. After Litho was acquired by GLS Companies in 2006, Wendi continued her professional development through bringing the expanded capabilities to market. In 2010 Wendi joined The John Roberts Company as VP of Sales, managing the sales team, helping drive growth in the company’s new multi-channel platform and working with the executive team on strategic planning. In 2014 Wendi was recruited to join SeaChange and lead the transformation of the new company. She lives in Eden Prairie with her husband Jim, their two sons and their much-loved Golden Retriever. When not working, she enjoys golf, travel, entertaining, and more than anything, cheering for her boys in everything they do.
