Beer and Cheese Pairing!

Come join us for a Beer and Cheese Pairing: Each pairing will include a 5oz pour of beer paired with at least a 1/2oz portion of delicious cheese. Tickets are $18.00 per person. We have partnered with Murray’s Cheese for the following pairings on Sunday, July 24 at 5pm.

Lager paired with No Woman Cheese.  No Woman has Jamaican Jerk spices added resulting in a cheese with a warm, nutty, spicy flavor. It is smoky and earthy with a touch of brown sugar and cloves. No Woman's unusual and satisfying flavor is sure to excite your taste buds.

Wheat Beer paired with Vermont Creamery Classic Goat Cheese. This cheese is made with fresh goats’ milk from family farms that is naturally coagulated overnight, drained, and then shaped into logs.  The cheese is distinguished by a creamy and tangy, fresh goats’ milk flavor and is highly versatile as an ingredient or as part of a cheeseboard.

Belgian Ale with Estate Gouda. This cheese is fresh, buttery cow’s milk with a savory, nutty bite.

Farmhouse Ale with Morbier Cheese. This is a semi-soft cow’s milk cheese named after the small village of Morbier in Franche-Comté. The cheese has an ivory color and is a bit soft and fairly elastic. It gets immediately identified because of its black layer of tasteless ash which separates horizontally in the middle. Morbier has a fresh hay aroma with a bold & complex flavor.

Porter with Colston Bassett Stilton. Each bite of this cheese is exceptionally buttery in texture with a clean, deep, and complex flavor that you'll never forget.

Cider with Fromager d'Affinois. This French innovation may look like brie but it's actually much creamier. The mild, buttery flavor has a sweetness that will pair very well with cider.
