2nd Course: SQUASH MEDLEY SALAD 
butternut squash, acorn squash, and sweet potatoes roasted in maple Scotch glaze, spiced walnuts, cranberries rehydrated in Madeira, mescalun greens, warm bacon vinaigrette

3rd Course: SOUS VIDE NEW YORK STRIP
