The Fundamentals of Transaction – What is a transaction?

In this special presentation, Kirkland offers an entertaining, educational, and practical approach to satisfying the most fundamental challenges we all face as we seek to take care of our aims.

Money, like many areas of our life, is satisfied through exchange.  That is the purpose of money, to facilitate exchanges. People who are satisfied with their money, tend to understand this important orientation and they design their activities accordingly. A transaction is nothing more than a series of exchanges, and people who know how to effectively construct and facilitate powerful transactions have a much greater advantage in the marketplace when attempting to satisfy their aims for money as well as other occupational goals and career objectives.

We live in a dynamic, fast-paced world where, like it or not, we are required to engage one another in a constant environment of exchange. The problem most people face is a fundamental misunderstanding of the most basic function of exchange – that is – transaction. Understanding exactly what a transaction is, how they work, and how to ethically and powerfully construct them, ensures each party involved is more likely to leave transactions satisfied.

In this session, participants will be introduced to the fundamentals of transaction. Session attendees will be able to articulate clearly the specific elements that must be fulfilled in every transaction in order to complete and satisfy important exchanges. While this particular session will concentrate on the application of transaction in business exchanges, the methodology and transactional approach can be utilized in any area of life. Participants will leave with a pragmatic and highly applicable set of basic mechanics required to construct a proper and ethical transaction for any important aim in any condition of life.
