2016 Champion Football League of Northern Virginia

The Down Syndrome Association of Northern Virginia is proud to announce and sponsor the sixth season of Champion Football: a football league for individuals with special needs.

The league is open to all individuals (male or female) over the age of 5 with a physical or intellectual disability. This will be a non-contact, modified flag football league. No prior football experience is necessary. Each player will receive a team jersey and a year-end award. There is no fee to register for the league.

The sixth season will begin in September 2016. Games will be played on Saturdays. The league will offer two locations: (1) Park View High School, 400 West Laurel Avenue, Sterling Virginia; and (2) Battlefield High School, 1500 Graduation Drive, Haymarket, VA. Full Schedule as follows:

Park View- Sept 3, 10, 17, 24; Oct 1, 15, 22 at 11:00 a.m.

Battlefield- Sept 3, 17, 31; Oct 8, 29; November 5th at 1:00 p.m..
