We Have an Approved MS4 Bio-Retention Plan... Now What?

It's time for the developers & contractors to let the engineers know what works and what doesn't! Join us for a round table discussion on implementing cost effective and efficient options for construction of bio-retention and bio-filtration basins. We will review "lessons learned" by developers and contractors who have real world experience with installations.

  • Builders/Developers: receive input on avoiding constructability/liability issues and extra costs, recommendations for scoping out the basins for bidding
  • Contractors: review pros & cons of construction coordination options available, best practice recommendations, and avoiding schedule delays
  • Engineers: get feedback on aspects of certain basin designs which are costly or challenging to construct

Speakers:

Rob Astephen, LB3 Enterprises

Bridget Black , KCM Group

Jeff O'Connor, HomeFed Corp.

Debby Reece, Project Design Consultants
