Bosque Landscape Photography Intensive at Bosque del Apache NWR

Featuring rarely photographed backroad sites  

Experience the special treat of Bosque del Apache NWR's spectacular landscape photography wonderland. If BdA NWR has been on your "must visit" list, this is your opportunity. Join us for the 1st Bosque Landscape Photography Intensive offered this October 21st to 23rd, 2016 for $780, meals included. This is a photography opportunity and tour few experience that includes only your guide (non-protography pro) and 15 motivated photographers.

Schedule: Schedule subject to fine tuning adjustments. Workshop emphasis is on field opportunities with backroad rare locations in the golden hour times. 

Friday 3:30 pm -- refuge golden hour orientation followed by dinner (sponsored by Friends)

6:30 am -- Morning Golden Hours - Backroad Location

9:30 am -- Hot Breakfast 

10:30 am -- Free Time - Open North and South Tour Loop Opportunities - self guided with hot spots map

12:00 pm -- Hot Lunch

1:00 pm -- Free Time - Open North and South Tour Loop Opportunities - self guided with hots spot map

4:00 pm -- Afternoon Golden Hours - Backroad Location

6:24 pm -- Sunset  - day end

Did you know?

Landscape Photography Intensives will be offered each season for the next two years as a special fundraiser to help complete the Sunrise Overlook Pond, a premiere roosting pond for large migratory birds with an eastern-facing photography opportunities. This pond, being constructed on the north loop, will benefit all refuge visitors, with particular interest for photographers.

These Landscape Photography Intensive series will be offered in the fall, winter, spring and summer. Our 1st intenisve has a  special one-time lower price of $780.
