It’s time to connect the world: How to become a global educator 

This webinar will introduce participants to the world of global learning and online global collaboration K-12 and beyond. Julie Lindsay is the author of a new book published by the International Society for Technology in Education called “The Global Educator: Leveraging Technology for Collaborative Learning and Teaching”.  This book shares technology-infused pedagogies and practices, step-by-step approaches to online collaborative learning, leadership approaches and many resources.  It includes contributions from over 100 educators, including 36 case studies, that provide a comprehensive view of global practice.

In this session Julie will share ideas and resources for taking important steps into connecting to global partners for collaborative learning.  She will also share opportunities for professional learning foor educators and education leaders who want to become connected, creative and collaborative educators and understand how to bring rich global learning to others.

We have the tools, we have the pedagogy, it's time to connect the world!
