Conference Exhibitors set up Thursday, October 27, 2016 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Shipments sent to hotel will incur Hotel fees. Any materials sent to Hotel may arrive no earlier than 3 days prior to 10/27/16. For specific fee information call (281) 501-4300. Shipments can be picked up at the Hotel loading dock
*Conference Exhibits must be operational by 7:00am on Friday, October 28, 2016. *Plan to leave Exhibitor Booth intact for all 2 days of the conference.
