LUNCH BREAK 12-1

Afternoon Session

21st Century Water Heaters and Domestic Water Heating: 3 Hours 1-4

The recent changes in energy standards are causing some manufacturers to cease production of many of their products. Some large capacity storage tank heaters are going away. The new standards are making heat pump water heaters more popular and tankless water heaters more likely to appear in a home you'll be inspecting soon. During this session you'll see a recently inspected water heater (by Hollis Brown) that installs on it's side and you'll learn how to make a 40 gallon electric storage tank water heater produce like a 50 gallon water heater. Find out why this is important!
