Please join Farmer Anna, yoga instructor, for an hour-long class on the farm! This class will be based in the Iyengar method of teaching, which focuses on correct alignment and the integration of mind, body, and soul. This class will be geared toward beginners but open to all. We will touch on a wide range of postures to strengthen and stabilize our bodies and minds. Please wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty. Anna has studied yoga for over 10 years and has completed a two teacher-training program with Patricia Walden. She currently assists her teacher and teaches a weekly class out of her own home.
