Please Note! It has come to our attention that an entity/individual not affiliated with NGFA, identifying himself as "Leo Martin," is soliciting NGFA members to make hotel reservations on their behalf for the upcoming Country Elevator Conference (sometimes identified in the solicitations as NGFA's "annual conference.") We are advised that on at least on some occasions, the company is misrepresenting itself as working on NGFA's behalf or in response to the request of trade show exhibitors.  Neither is true.  Please be aware that NGFA and its trade show exhibitors have NOT contracted - nor in any way affiliated itself - with "Leo Martin" or any other third-party in this capacity. Before booking your reservations through a third-party, NGFA highly recommends comparing the options available through the online booking link on the NGFA website and the meeting registration form or directly with the Chicago Marriott Downtown. NGFA is pressing its concerns with the third-party involved and regrets any confusion, deception and intrusion upon NGFA members.

  • REGISTRATION FEE: Includes admittance to the entire program and tradeshow, program materials, regreshments, breakfast on Dec. 12 and 13, luncheon on Dec. 12 and receptions on Dec. 11 and 12. Spouse/guest registration includes both breakfasts and receptions.

  • PAYMENT POLICY: To qualify for Early Bird rates, payment must accompany registration and be received by Nov. 18. Regular registration rates are in effect Nov. 19 - Dec. 4. On-site registration rate will begin Tuesday Dec. 5.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations will be refunded in full if notification is received on or before Nov. 18. Cancellation notices postmarked or received between Nov. 18 and Dec. 5 will be assessed a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be provided to any person cancelling or failing to give notice of cancellation after Dec. 5.
