Dinner on Lakeview Buffalo Farm September 18th

       Come join us for a tour and farm dinner at Lakeview Buffalo Farm, a home where the buffalo still roam. Set on the bluffs of Lake Michigan, Lakeview Buffalo Farm is a farm like no other. With breathtaking views of the lake and a diverse array of animals who habitat the farm, this is an event not to be missed.

       Local Chefs Miles Borghgraef, Todd Moore and Zak Baker will be preparing a coursed meal including meat and vegetables harvested from Lakeview Farm.  These chefs are some of the best that Wisconsin has to offer.  Their fame can be partially attributed to the talented farmers and producers in our region from whom they source.  Wash each course down with a carefully paired locally crafted spirit from Twisted Path Distillery and wine produced by Stringer Cellars. 

       All proceeds for this dinner will be used to support a new School Garden Program Slow Food Wisconsin SE will be starting next Spring.  Sponsorship opportunities for the garden program are available and include 4-8 tickets to the dinner and recognition.  Please contact Brooke Stringer should you have any questions about this dinner,  sponsorship opportunities, in kind donations or any of the Slow Food programs in general.
