Join us for a 12-WEEK TRAINING and NUTRITION CHALLENGE.

CLASS TIMES: Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30AM-9:45AM
COST: $85 (4 weeks) / $117.50 (6 weeks) / $220 (12 weeks)
STRONGER – Every camp workout begins with strength training. Participants will be provided complete and thorough instruction on fundamental exercises that increase strength, balance, and mobility.
FASTER- After strength work, participants will be challenged with high intensity conditioning designed to increase speed, stamina, and cardiorespiratory endurance. No two conditioning workouts are the same. Workouts are tailored for women and are created to GET RESULTS.
LEANER – Since body composition is mostly dependent on quality and content of fuel consumed, participants will be encouraged to join in on our nutrition challenge. Our focus during the challenge will be eating clean (single ingredient foods) and tabulating daily macronutrient intake for individual goals. Nutrition challenge guidelines, including menu suggestions, will be provided the first day of camp.
INSTRUCTOR: Heidi Coffman is a certified Starting Strength Coach, USAW Coach, CrossFit Coach, and certified Personal Trainer. Heidi is also a mother of two, competitive athlete, and gym owner. She has a history and passion for teaching women how to train to enhance body composition and longevity.
