SESSION SUMMARY:  

Greetings DAMA Phoenix members! We have had two very good meetings this year that discussed data modeling and data governance. We are happy to invite you to our Sept 15, 2016, session.  Our Sept 15 session will discuss success stories in data governance, master data management, and data quality, and how to leverage a data management maturity assessment.  Our speaker is Vince Deeney of Information Builders, who has experience delivering data management solutions.

Vince will begin the session by guiding us through assessing our organization’s data management maturity.  We will use these assessments to determine where our opportunities lie, and how to effectively move forward with our respective data management efforts.  Vince will present successes in data governance, master data management, data quality, data integration, and Big Data governance.  These success stories will include how these occurred and how we might leverage those approaches in our own organizations to drive our data management visions.
