About the Presenter:
Alan Krieger is a highly skilled executive coach, leadership trainer and team building consultant who helps organizations build strong leadership and work teams. He has been involved with non-profit agencies for 30 years. He worked in a community based youth program, at a state youth agency, and as Executive Director of a statewide youth leadership organization.
He began his consulting practice in 1992 and has worked with a wide range of public and non-profit agencies, providing leadership and staff training, organizational consulting, leadership coaching and facilitating board/staff retreats. Alan is known for his practical, hands-on approach that helps people work together more effectively.
Alan has a Master’s degree in Management from Antioch New England Graduate School. He is founder and president of Krieger Solutions, LLC.
How to Deal With Difficult Behavior
Difficult/challenging behaviors can disrupt an organization, inflame dissatisfaction and add stress to the workplace. Many people are intimidated by these behaviors and try to avoid them, which usually makes the disruption worse.
