About the Facilitator:
Judith Prest, LMSW, has been leading expressive arts, creative writing and SoulCollage® workshops for many years. She is the owner of Spirit Wind Studio, LLC in Duanesburg, NY. Judith is a poet, mixed media artist, photographer, creativity coach and certified SoulCollage® facilitator. Judith believes that creative expression is our birthright as human beings, and that working with images is a healing practice.
Being in Your Element: An Experiential Journey Through "The Four Elements"
Work with the ancient concept of “the Four Elements” – Earth., Water, Fire & Air. Through collage and writing, we’ll explore how these ancient forces are showing up in our daily lives, and what messages they might contain about ourselves and our journey.
Dress comfortably, bring your journal and a favorite writing implement. Collage materials, writing prompts and handouts provided.
Prior art or writing experience not necessary.

- If you cancel more than 4 weeks in advance, there is no penalty.
- If you cancel less than 4 weeks in advance, there is a $10.00 cancellation fee.
- If you cancel less than 2 weeks in advance, you wil only receive a 50% refund.
- If you do not cancel in advance and do no attend, you will not receive any refund.
