National Seniors Day is October 1st! Join us to celebrate on October 6th with a presentation and discussion on Person and Family-Centred Care with researchers, policy makers, employers, and community/continuing care providers. An opportunity to network over lunch included!

9:00 - 9:15 AM: Introductions - Sandra Woodhead Lyons (ED, ICCER)

9:15 - 10:15 AM: Speaker presentations

Are you "being" Person-Centred, or "doing" Person-Centred Care? With real examples, life stories, and aha moments, Tanya and Sherry will show how CapitalCare is making Person-Centred Care something to live, not just one more thing to do.

10:15 - 10:40 AM: Coffee and networking

10:40 AM - 11:40 AM: Small table discussions (rotating)

11:40 AM - 12:00 PM: Large group discussion on speaker presentations

12:00 - 1:00 PM: Lunch and networking - Food and beverages will be served.
