 Ethics for Addiction Professionals, LPCs and Social Workers

This workshop will provide an in-depth introduction to the ACA (3 hours),  NASW (6 Hours), and NAADAC (6 hours) Codes of Ethics and the dilemmas faced in the implementation of the decision making process. We will also discuss dual relationships, burnout and other ethical issues.
This workshop will cover various aspects of how to make an ethical decision based on the three codes of ethics, in lecture and group activities.

About the presenters:

Wanda Wyatt is currently a Therapist at Seneca Health Services, Inc. in Marlinton. She has a BA in Social Work and a MS in Psychology and is a Licensed Social Worker. She holds a Clinical Supervision and Alcohol Drug Counselor certification through IC & RC and recently earned the Master Addiction Counselor from NAADAC.

Nicole Martin is a nationally certified and state licensed professional counselor and an advanced alcohol and drug counselor.
