The Camp LIGHT Cruise In is a fall fundraiser benefiting Camp LIGHT, a summer camp for children with special needs diagnoses and at risk youth. Learn more about Camp LIGHT at www.campLIGHT.org.
Enter your car, truck or motorcycle in the event, or just come to check out the show! There is no registration fee for general cruise in parking (admission fee of $5.00 per person still applies). Our 50's town activity area is the perfect backdrop to show off your ride! Reserve one of the special VIP parking spots in our town for $50.00 per car (includes admission for up to 4 people).
At the show, check out the cool vehicles, get lost in the corn at Skeeter's Maze Adventure, play on the inflatable obstacle course and game area, and more! After the show, we will be showing a movie in the town area on a 20' inflatable screen. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and enjoy Smokey and The Bandit...a comedy classic! (Parents please use your discretion. Movie has foul language and scenes that may not be appropriate for young kids).

RELEASE OF LIABILITY and rules of conduct:
In exchange for participation in the Camp LIGHT Cruise In ("Event") held at Creative Works Farm ("CWF"), of 107 Creative Works Lane, Waynesboro, VA, and/or use of the property, facilities and services of CWF on Saturday, September 17, 2016. I agree to the following:
1. I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by CWF, or the employees, representatives or agents of CWF.
2. I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and (if applicable) my family members, and further release and discharge CWF for injury, loss or damage arising out of my or my family's use of or presence upon the facilities of CWF, whether caused by the fault of myself, my family, CWF or other third parties. I will pay my own medical emergency expenses and all subsequent medical expenses in the event of any illness, accident, or injury in connection with the Event. I waive my insurers’ right to make a claim against the Released Parties based on insurance payments made to me or on my behalf for any reason.
3. I agree to indemnify and defend CWF against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my or my family's use of or presence upon the facilities of CWF.
4. I agree to pay for all damages to the facilities of CWF caused by my or my family's negligent, reckless, or willful actions. I will not hold CWF, organizers or representatives of the Camp LIGHT Cruise In responsible for any personal damage that may be caused to my property while at the event.
5. Medical Treatment: Participant agrees to allow medical treatment if necessary during the event if participant is unable to communicate due to medical emergency. Participant does hereby release and forever discharge CWF and any of its affiliates, from any claim whatsoever which arises or may hereafter arise on account of any first aid, treatment, or service rendered in connection with the Participant’s Activities with the Event.
6. Photograph and Media Release: The Participant does hereby grant and convey unto CWF all rights, title, and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by CWF during the event, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings.
7. This is a family friendly event. No smoking, vaping, or use of tobacco products. No drinking, drugs, weapons allowed.
I understand, have considered and evaluated the nature, scope, and extent of the risks involved, and I voluntarily and freely choose to assume these risks.
