Jessica joined Frost Insurance in June, 2016. Her expertise includes providing compliance and regulatory  support for all aspects of employee benefits compliance, including health and welfare and retirement. Jessica regularly consults on employee benefits matters, including health care reform compliance, for Frost clients across Texas. Previously, Jessica was VP, Benefits Compliance at NFP Corp. for 7 years, where she was a contributing author of the biweekly Compliance Corner newsletter and provided benefits compliance support for clients nationwide. Prior to NFP, she administered and performed nondiscrimination testing for qualified retirement plans in Waco, TX. Jessica has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Services and Planning from Baylor University, and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Tarleton State University. She served as President of the Westlake Speakers chapter of Toastmaster's International. Jessica holds her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation and the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation.

Jessica also serves as a member of the Legislative Council for the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), co-chairs the Compliance Corner working group, and serves as the Texas Association of Health Underwriters (TAHU) Director of State Legislative Affairs. She was recently chosen as one of "37 under 37" to watch by Certified magazine, published by the HR Certification Institute. Jessica volunteers with the Junior League of Austin. Recent Developments in Labor and Employment Law

Adam Dougherty represents and counsels management clients of all sizes in a wide range of diverse industries including restaurants, retail, healthcare and long-term care, transportation, agriculture, colleges, manufacturing, energy and banking in connection with all types of employment and labor law matters arising under international, federal and state laws. In addition to representing companies all across the state of Texas, Adam also maintains a national and international practice, representing companies operating in each of the 50 states and across the globe.

Adam is also board certified in labor and employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

He has extensive experience representing his clients not only in single and multi-plantiff cases, but also in class actions and FLSA collective actions with putative class members numbering in the tens of thousands.
