Topics that will be covered are ventilation basics, proper ventilation in the kitchen, ventilation ducting solutions, make up air solutions, how to properly size the blower, installation solutions, and how to specify for the best performance and quietest operation.  Tips on how to address the make up air code issues will be learned as well. .1 NKBA CEU
