2016 Eastern Regional Convention
This gathering is a highlight for many, bringing nearly 200 pastors and church leaders together for a time of fellowship, inspiration and challenge. We are excited about our program and the opportunity to share the vision and direction God is leading us for the future.
Date: Friday, October 21 – Saturday, October 22, 2016
Place: Emmanuel Advent Christian Church, 34 Eastern Avenue, Rochester, NH 03867
All church leaders and members are encouraged to attend.
Delegate Representation: Every delegate must be a member in good standing of an Advent Christian Church.
Registration begins at 11:00 a.m. in the Foyer of the Family Life Building.
Church - 1 delegate vote, plus 1 delegate vote for each 30 members or major fraction.
(The Church may want to appoint a delegate other than the pastor since the pastor is automatically a delegate by virtue of his position.)
Conference - 4 delegate votes
Affiliated Advent Christian Organization – 1 delegate vote
Associate Member Organization – 1 delegate vote
Ordained Minister and/or Credentialed Pastor serving Church – 1 delegate vote
Annual Convention Cost:
Registration fee: $27 per person. You can register for the Annual Convention by mailing a check to the address listed below or online through the Eastern Regional website at http://www.aceasternregion.org through PayPal.
Meal Package: $30 Includes: Friday Supper, Friday Dessert, Saturday Morning Refreshments, and Saturday Lunch. Meals can be purchased individually (See Registration Form).

A paper Convention Packet is also beging USPS mailed to all churchs, Pastors, Clerk, Treasurers, Board Chair, Association and Youth Pastors. If you prefer to not pay on line please mail to: Attn: Convention Registration, Eastern Regional Association, 32 Four Rod Road, Rochester, NH 03867. Balance can be paid upon arrival.

Room Reservations
We have made arrangements for a special convention rate at the Holiday Inn Express located at 77 Farmington Road, Rochester, NH 03867. Phone: (603) 994-1175. www.hiexpress.com/rochesternh. Please make your room reservations directly with the hotel to get the special rate of $99.00 per night for our Convention. Rooms have 2 queen or 1 king bed. You must call the Holiday In Express directly and tell them you are requesting the rate for the "Eastern Regional Convention". You should make your room reservation with the hotel as soon as possible to be sure a room is still available. Deadline is October 7, 2016 to receive the Convention rate.

If you are a retired Advent Christian Minister - please enter the Discount Code on the registration form: RETIREDMSTR. There is no charge for Registration for retired Advent Christian Ministers. However, if you want meals, you will need to make your selection on the Registration Form and include the payment with your Registration or upon arrival to the Convention.
