Leadership & Activism through Storytelling - Part 2: S.P.E.W. 2.0 (02/08/17)

Where Hermione Went Wrong and How to Fix It
Hermione Granger started her path to activism early on, and her enthusiasm for advocating for house elves was inspiring - but a little misguided. Hermione makes many classic advocacy missteps with S.P.E.W., and by assessing where she went wrong and developing a new and improved S.P.E.W. we can all learn to be more effective advocates.
  • Learner can explain common mistakes in advocacy work
  • Learner can evaluate programs for quality of advocacy
  • Learner can explain basic tenants of advocacy work

Register for one or all three Leadership & Activisim through Storytellingsessions:

Part 1: Finding Your Origin Story (02/01/17)

Part 2: S.P.E.W. 2.0 (02/08/17)

Part 3: From Signups to Squads (02/15/17)
