CARRY WITH CONFIDENCE
This 8-Hour class gives you the knowledge, techniques and tips to carry concealed both comfortably and confidently. Topics covered include: gear selection, holster placement, attire, lifestyle logistics and male vs. female carry challenges. Learn to draw & engage from concealment as well as what to do before, during and after a deadly force event.
MORNING SESSION from 9:00am to 12:00pm is a HANDS ON WORKSHOP! Bring as much gear as you have and a few different cover garment options. We will be sorting through holster types, trying out different carry positions and accessory placement. This workshop answers your big questions about comfort and lifestyle so that you walk away with a set up that works best for you!
AFTERNOON SESSION from 1:00pm to 5:00pm on the range. Prepare work on the nuance of drawing from concealment DRYFIRE until we gain the correct techniuque to do so live fire. This afternoon session is a fun progression of information and drills to build real-wrold situational awarenss, infomraiton processing and stress management for all facets of a deadly force encounter. Learn the essentials to carry with confidence!

Course fee: $175
Range fee: $10 payable to Complete Gun Shop on day of class
Experience level: None at all to intermediate skill level are welcome!
Equipment requirements:
-Functioning handgun (centerfire is preferred over rimfire)
-Minimum of 2 extra magazines (speed loaders for revolvers)
-Your concealed carry holster of choice, quality kydex or leather (soft side/collapsable holsters, bra holsters, cross draw, serpa holsters, behind-the-back and off body are not allowed for group safety reasons.If you have them and want to bring them please do. We can do dryfire drills to determine if these really are the best for you and live fire with an alternate holster of your choice.)
-Magazine pouches for extra magazines (or pants with back pocket at a minimum)
-Sturdy gun belt
-Multiple open front (button down shirts, vests, jackets, sweaters) and closed front (loose t-shirt, blouse, sweater) concealment garments. Options are your friend! *Please be prepared with a base layer, compression garment or undershirt so that you aren't uncomfortably "exposed" when we start clearing cover garments for the draw.
-200 Rounds of ammunition
-Eye & Ear Protection
-Brimmed hat recommended
-Closed toe shoes, high collard shirt
**Please bring plenty of water, snacks, sunscreen and weather appropriate attire*
REGISTRATION POLICIES & TERMS
Transfer: Class registration can be transferred to another date/event given 72 hours notice of event start date.
Cancelation: 50% of class/event fee is a non-refundable deposit.
Refunds: Refunds for balance of event fee, if no transfer is possible, are issued via paypal refund.
No-Show: Participants who do not show to the event with out prior 72 hour notice forfeit their total registration fees.
