Festival Conference 2017 Group Registration

Group Registration is Now Open!

Join us at the Area 1 Festival Conference 2017

Opening Concert featuring the Columbia Handbell Ensemble, led by Festival Director and Handbell Musicians of America President Ed Rollins

 

Join with over 600 ringers in massed ringing under the expert  direction of Festival Directors Ed Rollins (Bronze and Coppers choirs) and Deborah Carr (Tins and Massed choirs). See the Columbia Handbell Ensemble, led by Ed Rollins, at our opening concert on June 29. Participate in over 60 workshops and ringing sessions, with our Festival Directors and instructors drawn from experienced members of the Handbell Musicians of America.

The full registration fees cover housing (linens provided), all meals from Thursday dinner through Sunday lunch, and most workshops, classes, rehearsals, and scheduled events. Registration also includes a complimentary Festival/ Conference T-shirt for all registered participants. The Commuter option does not include housing or breakfast. Those registering at the Chaperone rate will not be able to participte in workshops, classes or massed ringing.

Please note: All Festival Conference participants will be required to register individually as a Festival/Conference Attendee using a Group Registration Number for the group with which they will be attending. Complete Attendee Registration instructions and details on class offerings will be provided before March 1. Attendee Registration and Class selection will open on April 1, 2017.

If you are performing the Group Registrar task for an ensemble, please click the button below to register your group. After registering you will be issued a Group Registration Number. Please save this number and share it with your ensemble members. Each member of your ensemble will then use this number to identify themself as a member of your group when registering as an individual Festival/Conference Attendee after April 1.
