ACCF By-laws Committee Chair Sarah Shortall will present a workshop on effective by-laws for civic organizations 7 pm, Monday, October 17, 2016.  Learn how to develop open, transparent and accountable by-laws that are easier to understand, promote effective management of meetings, and avert internal disputes.

Registration is limited to 35 people due to room size.
