Got some spooktacular merch to sell during the season of the witch? Join us for one of the biggest Halloween parties in Niagara, the Voulez Voodoo Ball at the Niagara Arts & Cultural Center. We're conjuring up a great evening with live music, food and drink, costume prizes, and tons of devilishly good fun.

Dress to bewitch for the costume contest, browse spooktacular merch from our vendors, dance all night as you "do that voodoo that you do so well", and rouse the spirits to bring good juju to the NACC this upcoming year!

Authorized Personnel

$20.00 = 1 ID badges / $30.00 = 2 ID badges. 

Badges will be available for pick-up at the loading dock. Badges must be visible to event check-in personnel.

Recycling is encouraged.  Please, turn in your ID badge to the NACC office at the end of the event.

Must be 18+

 

Delivery

Time: 1:00 – 5:00 PM. Location: NACC loading dock, Portage Rd. – the yellow door.

Dock: Check-in with NACC Staff, pick-up ID badges.

 Please remember to deliver your merchandise and clear the dock immediately.

Receiving personnel will help you with directions, carts & elevator access.

Vendor Spaces

Your vendor space is designated by the event committee. Please indicate requests for placements on application.

Each vendor space consists of 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 sign,

Extra Tables Available with Advance Notice Only

Electricity may be available by request. / Trash receptacles are provided for every other space.

Breakdown

For the safety and consideration of our guests and other vendors –
please, do not breakdown your space until 11:30 PM.
