In this Community Chapel we will give thanks for the leadership of Iliff alumnae who were among the early women fully ordained in the Presbyterian Church and the Methodist Church. The legacies of these women continue to encourage persons on the margins to boldly follow callings to leadership of Christian faith communities.

This leadership was illustrated through the second career work and life of Reverend Marilyn J. Phelps, remembered by her daughter and son-in-law, Deborah and Robert Touslee through The Reverend Marilyn J. Phelps Endowed Scholarship Fund. 

Please join us for worship to celebrate the ordained work of women in the past, present, and future, led by Reverend Margaret Hankins in the historical Iliff Chapel followed by community lunch in Iliff's Shattuck Hall.
