2016-2017 IPCP Building Skills for Effective Teams

When is the Building Skills for Effective Teams (BSET) being held?

This yearlong Building Skills for Effective Teams (BSET) Program will include four 2.5 day workshops focused on providing and practicing in real-time an expanded set of skills and abilities needed to develop, lead and be part of effective inter-professional teams.  Each team must consist of two providers which could include primary care physicians, physician assistants, nurse practioners, and dentists.  These workshops will be combined with ongoing coaching by trained coaches and a capstone project.

The BSET dates for 2016-2017will be:

  • October 20-22, 2016
  • December 14-16, 2016
  • February 22-24, 2017
  • May 31-June 2, 2017

Participant teams must attend all four BSET workshops, for the curriculum is integrated and builds on itself over time.
