Saturday Sack Lunch Math Pentathlon K-1, 2-3, 4-5 and 6-7 Grade Workshops
TOURNAMENT HOSTING SCHOOLS $25, bring a friend ONLY $12.50 more. Non-Hosting schools $50, bring a friend ONLY $25 more. This is a once a year opportunity to attend a full day Math Pentathlon workshop. This will be a hands on workshop for coaches and parents interested in implementing the Math Pentathlon Program at their school.
In addition to learning the 5 games participants will benefit from:
- about the program and how it can be implemented in schools, clubs, homes;
- More in-depth understanding of the games and instructional strategies;
- Newly released Division I, II, III, & IV Guides which provide effective and detailed guidance to adults who are teaching the Math Pentathlon Program at their school;
- Curricular activities from Adventures in Problem Solving Book I (K-3) or Book II (4-7) that connect the games with classroom instruction and club use;
- Relate assessments from Investigations Binder I (K-3) or Binder II (4-7) that provide a deeper and creative focus into the multiple strategies of each game;
- Information and updates about tournaments and other events during the year;
- Special pricing on basic Mathematics Pentathlon game set.
