Free Trade Show w/pre-registration 

Registration is now open for the largest media conference in NJ covering the many facets of media/data creation and origination, distribution platforms, and laws and regulations related to right-of-way, closed captioning, drone regulations, and net neutrality.

The Jersey Access Group in association with TelVue Corporation, 4Wall Entertainmnet, Varto Technologies, the National Association of Telecommunication Officers and Advisors, and the New Jersy League of Municipalities partner together to present the largest media conference in NJ.

The Conference is designed to bring together community media TV stations staff/volunteers, independent film makers/producers, TV technicians/engineers, and individual advocates supporting the production and distribution of media content to the community.

The trade show is free with pre-regististration. This includes 20 vendor presentations throughout the day. Workshop and meal packages are available.

LOCATION- We are in the center of town with restaurants, clubs, and other amenities to explore within a short walk. We are only a few blocks from the Morristown train station connecting to Newark Freedom Airport and New York City.

CONFERENCE DAY 1- Trade show specific to video production and content distribution, a lighting pavilion to include product demonstrations, and a drone cage with flights throughout the day. See the new equipment just released at NAB.

CONFERENCE DAY 2- The second day is filled with workshops and product user groups providing panels consisting of industry professionals. They will cover a large assortment of topics designed to assist in the producing and distributing of content. Our workshop leaders will guide presentations, manage questions and answers, and help to facilitate open and honest discussion among peer groups. Additional costs will apply.

FOOD PACKAGES- There is an all-inclusive food package including: the pre-conference Meet and Greet, the day one Breakfast with the Vendors, the Welcome Affinity Luncheon,  the Partners Banquet and the Day 2 Networking Breakfast and Keynote Luncheon. Meals are also available for purchase individually.
