Please join Greensboro Montessori School at an exclusive, adults-only Seed to Table Dinner marking the start of the 2016-17 Annual Fund. Leigh Hesling, Executive Chef for both Green Valley Grill and Print Works Bistro, will prepare four courses, paired with wine, using fresh ingredients from our School's gardens and local farms. Prior to each main course, Chef Hesling will provide a cooking demonstration of how he and his team are preparing the food we will enjoy. Craft beer donated from Pig Pounder Brewery, wine and a featured cocktail are included and will be served throughout the evening. Tickets are $100 per person and seating is limited to 50 guests.

First Course:
Locavore Salad
Farm Greens from Greensboro Montessori School's permaculture gardens, locally sourced spiced pecans and smoked apple with Lindale cheese from the Goat Lady. Topped with a benne seed crisp and seasonal vinaigrette
Second Course:
Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with a Vadouvan Apple Compote

Truffle Mushroom Stuffed Cornish Game Hen
Accompanied by fresh local ingredients including sun gold tomatoes, field peas cassoulet and roasted garlic jus.
