The Sacredness of the Mandala 

In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to create and have interpreted their unique mandala, with information and instruction on this specific art therapy form and healing modality. Art therapy is especially useful for people with trauma, who desire to do grief work, and those suffering from depression and anxiety.
