GBA Columbus Brownfield 101 Event
Join us on for a lunch program from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on October 14 at the River Valley Regional Commission to learn more about Georgia’s brownfield redevelopment regulatory program, available development incentives and current redevelopment opportunities in our community.
Program will include:
- Brownfield redevelopment 101 – including grants, tax exemptions and other incentives to develop sites
- Redevelopment in the Enterprise and Opportunity Zones in south Columbus
- Redevelopment in the 2nd Avenue corridor and the City Village project
- The Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce’s 2025 initiative
