 GUEST SPEAKER - Jesus Davalos, founding Partner of Rodriguez, Davalos, Abogados.  Jesus is also President of the Mexican Right of Way Association and is an active member of the International Right of Way Association.  He is a Director and Secretary on the Board of the Mexican Natural Gas Association and Legal Advisor to the World Energy Council.  Mr. Davalos is also a member of the Publications Committee of the American Gas Association and the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators.
