Payments can be made online via credit card; checks can be mailed; see payment info on link below:  Please note, credit card payments will be subject to 3.2% processing fee. 

Your membership is offical once payment and contract have been received.   You will receive an email confirmation, along with a contract/agreement, please sign and return to us.
