Last December, Attorney Dolan spoke to us about anticipated changes to the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.  Those changes are now real and will take effect on December 1, 2016.   We invited Attorney Dolan back to bring us up to date on the new overtime rule.

In this program, we will briefly review the current tests for classifying employees as exempt.  We will then focus on how the new rule will impact these tests and your business.  Finally, we will examine the steps employers should be taking NOW to prepare for these changes.
