Hispanic Heritage Month Recognition & Reception 

Join us as we honor the contributions of the Hispanic/Latino Community in Gwinnett County! This event will include a formal recognition and proclamation presentation from the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners and will be followed by a reception which will feature special performances and a Hispanic Heritage display & exhibit. Refreshments will be provided.

• 7:00 - Board of Commissioners Meeting Begins
• 7:15 - Proclamation Presentation from the Gwinnett Board of Commissioners (Auditorium)
• 7:30 - Remarks byIngrid Patrick, Gwinnett Multicultural Advisory Committee
• 7:45 -Hispanic Heritage Month Reception (Atrium) featuring:
  • Remarks by Pedro Marin, Georgia State Representative
  • Dance Performances by Son Boriqua Dance Company & Somos Panama
• Hispanic Heritage Display/Exhibit
