Mike Shur will enhance our understanding and presentation skills for creating coaching development plans around communication styles we have based on our full 4 letter type codes.

Join us to hear Mike’s approach to teaching communication styles for executives, leaders and employees, and those using Type in their personal lives.

Participants will take away from this session:

  • Discover how to identify likely outcomes of communication with your spouse, kids and friends
  • Learn some common combinations of type preferences
  • Learn how your own preferences can help you be a more effective communicator with your leadership and fellow employees
  • Learn how type can help create development plans for individuals

This presentation is geared to intermediate and advanced Type learners.

Mike Shur believes: “Happy people build stronger teams  creating successful organizations. This philosophy guides  my  approach to developing talent at every level -- I strive to  help  people be more mindful and present to themselves  and the  world around them. In turn this awareness  facilitates clearer  communication and genuine team  orientation. Robust teams  achieve better results faster  allowing organizations to meet  the needs of all their  stakeholders – shareholders, employees, and the communities they thrive in. “

Mike was a Wall Street attorney with experience in IBM. He managed the MBTIŪ and other assessments at CPP, and now has his own practice as well as leading Talent Management Teams at technology companies.
