Using Preferred Functions to Achieve Healthy Goals

Dr. Lianov is a board certified internist and preventative medicine physician. Over the past decade she has focused on lifestyle medicine, which uses healthy lifestyles to both prevent and reverse some diseases, such as diabetes. Since the greatest challenge to this field is helping individuals stick to their goals; she has developed a framework that adapts coaching science to type preferences, focusing on the patient’s personality strengths to maximize results.

Join us to hear how a focus on the dominant and auxiliary functions combine with our personal strengths to lead to achievable and sustainable personal change, health and happiness!

Participants will take away from this session: 

  • Review of the 8 functions and how they apply to health & other habit building
  • Learn how focusing on one’s type preferences and strengths can lead to achievable and sustainable personal growth, health and happiness
  • How on-going application of type preferences is a form of stress reduction & emotional energy booster!

   This presentation is geared to intermediate and advanced Type learners.

 

Dr. Liana Lianov’s passion is to develop low cost and sustainable  supports (e.g. mobile apps) to help individuals and populations  achieve and maintain effective habits for physical and mental  health. Key habits include healthy eating, physical activity,  happiness skills, managing stress, and adhering to health  screenings (and medications as needed). She uses Type to  maximize patient success. Dr. Lianov has written an e-book called My Happy Avatar, which is currently available on Amazon.
