LaVelle Grape Stomp

The LaVelle Grape Stomp is BACK!
Sunday, October 9th
Lunch will begin at 12pm
Winery tours start at 1pm
Grape Stomp Contest will begin at 2pm 
 

Your special Harvest Celebration will begin with a harvest-inspired lunch, followed by a tour of the winery, and then the feature event of the day -The Grape Stomp Contest.  Help up celebrate the fall and, of course, harvest season with a traditional barefoot grape stomp out on the patio of the winery, just below our vineyard!

Roasted Pork Loin
carved and topped with a granny smith apple chutney (GF)
Pasta
in a creamy alfredo sauce with broccoli and mushrooms (veg.)
Mixed Green Salad
with Candied pecans, feta cheese and dried cranberries, with a Dijon-Balsamic vinaigrette (GF, Veg.)
Wild Rice Pilaf

Roasted Aspargus & baby carrots

Before the stomp begins, guests will enjoy a delicious Northwest inspired lunch on the lawn, alongside the amazing Riffle Band!  After lunch, we will escort groups into the winery for a small tour of our production facility to see how we make our wines, and then finally, we will head back out to the Grape Stomp Competition to see who can make the most juice!  There will be a souvenir for each person participating, but the one with the most will go home with a special prize!

Guests will be put into to teams of six or eight.  Bring out a group of friends, or arrive by yourself, we will make sure you are placed into a team.  Of course the grape stomp is an optional activity, and you do not have the participate to enjoy the fun!
