Heartland Presbytery YouthFest – Festival of Sharing

Sedalia, Missouri

WHAT WILL WE BE DOING?

  Heartland Presbytery youth will join youth from around Missouri on Friday night to have worship, enjoy a concert, play games, and meet new people.  On Saturday we will all work together to pack meals for the needy, clean-up kits for emergencies, backpacks of love, and other service projects as needed. 

WHO IS THIS FOR?

  Anyone who is in 6^th-12^th grades can join us for this event!  And their adult leaders!

WHEN?

  Friday, October 14^th- Saturday, October15^th 

TIMES? 

Meet at First Presbyterian Church, Lee’s Summit, MO at 5:30pm on Friday Night

We will carpool & caravan to Sedalia

(Dinner will be provided on Friday night prior to departure)

Will return to First Lee’s Summit by 5:30pm on Saturday.

    COST?       

 The cost is $45 if registered by NOON, FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 30^th; $60 if after September 28th

(this includes meals,event, and lodging)

 WHAT DO I BRING?

  We will be staying on the Missouri State Fair Grounds, so bring an air mattress for floor sleeping, bedding, toiletries (no showers so plan accordingly), clothes you don’t mind getting dirty, and tennis shoes.  There are a few things that you can buy (souvenirs and snacks) if you want to bring a little bit of spending money.
