Chef Deja Hart, a master of Thai cuisine, will share her vast knowledge of flavor profiles and techniques in this hands on cooking class. Our Menu: Thai Fish Cakes, Panang Curry with Chicken and Sweet Sticky Rice with Mangoes. These are some of Chef Deja’s favorite menu items from Chakra, the Manhattan Beach, CA Thai Restaurant where she was Executive Chef. Come to learn something new and enjoy a delicious winter warmer meal. We’ll also taste wine & beer to compliment the menu.
