Wyoming Association of Realtors - Leadership Retreat 

The module focuses on the effectiveness of leaders, team building, gaining awareness of different personality and skill sets, and learning from other association leaders through their shared experiences.  

Goals:

• Hear about why you're here and what to expect
• Determine the group rules and consequences for breaking them 
• Transform yourself from a stranger into an acquaintance 
• Learn how teams work and impact organizational progression
• Discover your personality traits and how they affect interactions
• Define leadership characteristics and styles
• Align your board's strategic plan with NAR's core standards
• Work in teams to plan your local and state 2017 project list and calendar
• Interactive learning of Apps used by state staff and volunteers
