STREETS provides the opportunity for orphaned, disadvantaged and trafficked youths to transition from poverty and life on the streets to successful careers in the hospitality industry of Vietnam. The program offers a comprehensive 18-month curriculum in culinary and hospitality training, life skills and English classes, daily living support including housing, nutritious meals, clothing and basic medical care. Graduates go on to work at international 5-star hotels and resorts. Having opened its first culinary training center and apprentice restaurant in Hoi An in 2009, STREETS now expands in 2016 to Ho Chi Minh City.
