Maryland HIMSS Annual Networking Event
You are invited to join the Maryland Chapter of HIMSS for our Annual Fall Networking Event on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at the Ten Oaks Ballroom in Clarksville. Join us to connect with colleagues over cocktails and hors d'oeuvres beginning at 5pm. We are pleased to announce Matthew Jones, 3-time cancer conqueror turned global marathon runner and inspirational speaker, will be delivering our key note address during dinner.
Matt will share his unique story from being told by doctors he would not live to learning how to walk again to training for seven marathons on seven continents. Matt will also address the concept of a marathon mentality which Health IT professionals must possess as we work tirelessly to help enable Maryland’s transformation of health care. Please join us for this unique event including a book signing where you will receive an autographed copy of Matt’s book, Life's a Marathon.
