Speaker Biographies
Cherwell Software - Vice President of Product Marketing
Jarod Greene is the Vice President of Product Marketing at Cherwell Software with 10 years of IT industry experience at Gartner. During his tenure at Gartner, he initially served as a Client Engagement Specialist and ultimately as an ITSM industry analyst. Jarod was responsible for covering ITSM processes, managing organizational structures, and enabling ITSM technologies. Jarod has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Trinity College and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Georgia.
