Bruce Frankel, MBA,CFP®, AIF®, CEPA and Managing Partner, Yerba Buena Financial Partners 

 With over 20 years of experience in international and domestic business issues, Bruce specializes in  helping successful business owners, independent professionals and real estate investors to optimize their   unique tax and financial opportunities as entrepreneurs. Bruce also serves as co-portfolio manager for YBFP.  His deep knowledge of entity structuring, tax planning, employee and executive benefits assists clients with business, wealth and estate planning.

Janina Thomas, CPA, CGMA and Director of Advisory Services, Eckhoff and Company

 Janina joined Eckhoff in 1996 and has built long-term relationships with Bay Area business owners from a wide range of industries through tax and accounting services including financial statement reviews and compilations. Janina has years of experience implementing efficient business processes and information systems with a focus on quality control and employee training and development.
