Fall Family Festival

Youth Service Auction

Saturday, November 12, 2016 (4:00-6:00pm)  

Please join us as our youth, auction off their service skills to help fund our Summer Mission trips and Youth Ministry! We are asking for both our Middle & High School Youth to register in our silent auction of service even if they can't attend our summer trips or Family Fun Night. This is a great way to serve His Kingdom by also serving both our congregational members and funding our summer mission trips. 

Please register no later than 10/30/2016 online with headshot picture emailed to Hannah (hprindiville@log.org). We will be advertising Youth auction the Sunday prior to Family Fun night to start bids on service.

Students will indicate below what service they can provide. We are asking for our students to commit to 4 hours of service.  Your bidder may or may not need you that long for our service but we want to give a time frame for their purchase.  Service can be completed anytime that works between the student and individual who purchases their service, post auction.  The silent auction will take place during our Fall family festival on November 12th: (4:00-6:00 PM) and Sunday's leading up to the event.  With our evening being a Fall Family theme, our youth ministry will be providing "Wanted Signs" of our youth and their service. We ask that you please email Hannah Prindiville (hprindiville@log.org) a simple headshot of your youth that can be added to our sign. It will be a fun night filled with activities such as, games, music, ECM silent basket auction, possible food trucks and much more!  

We ask that our youth families also attend the evening to just have fun.  Our youth will be helping facilitate a "Jail" so you can also pay to have your children sent to jail if that sounds appealing to any parents, depending on the day :) 

We are asking each youth family to helps pass out flyers to friends and family.  There is no ticket cost this year for admission.  There will be activity bands that can be purchased for children activities.  There will not be a traditional meal served but hopefully food trucks at the event!  The more we can have attned, the more opportunities there will be for our fundraising our service auction.
